After installation of PPSSPP, You need to download the Cube Test Program. This program shows a spinning cube to verify that the PPSSPP emulator can actually works on your device before you head-down to download the PSP UMDs/ PSP ROM files.
-After downloading the Cube Test Program, launch the PPSSPP emulator on your device.
-In the PPSSPP go to your 'downloads' folder then click on the Cube Test Program file, if it runs voila !
Then download a PSP game.

the pes in the link above (also in the article) is the original pes, there is no pes2019 or FIFA 019 games for PSP or even the more recent PS Vita
If you see any PES 2019 or FIFA 2019 for PSP.. it's just a modded game.. not the real deal.. the last PES for PSP is Pes 2011
